I thought I had lady luck with me... I was takin a chick, I got # 69 at the track and the car was running strong the previous two days. Needless to say... the car pooped on me.

First Run (w/ wimmenz in car):Launch RPM: 3500 Rt. 1.1070 (sleepin but its not bracket so who cares) 60' 2.7227 (got clutch?) 1/8 10.72MPH 68.211/4 16.47 MPH 85.55

Second Run (w/o wimmenz):Launch RPM: 2700Rt. .7046 (bit better... but not my usual .500-.600) 60' 2.5510 (clutch > me) 1/8 10.40MPH 69.161/4 16.08MPH 87.36

Third Run (w/o wimmenz):Launch RPM: 2000 Rt. .7149 60' 2.52151/8 10.45MPH 67.961/4 16.13MPH 88.23

On the last run I ran against a dragster... it ran the following

Rt. .520 60' 1.201/8 5.50 MPH 122.21/4 8.80MPH 149.0

Is your car stock? I assume it is standard because you mentioned your RPMs at launch.... but those sound like stock auto times... no offense.

My car has too much to be running those times... just its hard to run good times when you cant launch at all. I have the following:

Stillen CamshaftsInjen Intake w/ ExtensionCustom 2.5" Exhaust R/T Hi-Flow CatHotshot HeaderWeapon R Fuel Pressure Regulator Advanced Timing Secondary Butterfly Valve Removal

Car Weighed 3055 lbs. w/ me and my passanger. 340 lbs later... 2720 for a car weight.

What the FEAR? Please tell me that your car is an auto. Because many people run faster times w/ half to none of the mods you just listed.

Nick.

Nismo, I'll take a look at the car in a coupe weeks while I'm up there. We WILL Find Your Problem.

Also, have you thought of getting a colder thermostat for the car?

Just goes to show that you can not just add parts and expect HP. The parts must work together or at least compliment each other. Though, the parts you list have gotten power for a lot of others, so you may want to make sure your motor is running right. Check your compression too.

Are you running stock fuel pressure? I noticed you have an adjustable regulator.

I havent ran my car in the NA form at a 1/4 mile track......only a 1/8 track. I am running a 10.1 on a bone stock mr2 NA. You should be able to beat that with your set up.

FPR is set +3psi above stock... in theory the parts should work well as I havent changed any dynamic airflow areas on the car such as the head. Me and Aries are looking over the car soon. Compression was the following:

1. 1672. 1673. 1624. 167

So I have full compression in 3 cyls. and -5 psi in the 3rd.

The readout was low since I didnt remove the injector wire.

Your 60 foot is horrible. Work on launching and you should see some better times. Your mph isn't too bad so I wouldn't say there is something wrong with your motor.

They should run low 16's with a good clutch in her. Bone stock I ran a 16.3. My clutch is okay, but not great.
