Hello again cpare,
So far no one has released a turbo/supercharger kit for the Rogue. I think the biggest issue here CVT durability. Unlike a manual transmission or some automatics, the CVT is very limited in it's torque handling capacity. Adding any sort of forced induction will likely push the CVT beyond it's limits.
CVT issues aside, there have been turbo kits produced for the prev. generation QR25DE motor used in the Sentra. The Rogue uses a 2nd generation version of this motor, however there are some key changes that may make any retrofit more difficult. Things like the air intake piping, fuel management, and even the exhaust manifold are completely different between these motors. Although it would be interesting to pioneer the first 'turbo kit' for the Rogue, it will be a very expensive proposition.
