09 Rogue stock radio to upgrade to Bose HU

I have an 09 Rogue without the premium package. I have an opportunity to pick up a Bose HU 6cd changer from an 08 Rogue. It's the head unit only, no speakers or amps. What do I need to do to swap this out? Is this possible or will I need a major overhaul.

Most likely you will not have all of the wiring in place for the bose amp and other things that come along with it. It's probably more trouble than it's worth to be honest. If I were set on it, I would get the head unit and run an aftermarket amp to boost the signal to what it needs to be.
