A newby here, my alternator isn't charging and drains the battery with lightning speed, it's seems like a direct short somewhere. The Bose audio fuse in the engine compartment blows immediately when replaced also. I've checked the wires that I can get too, tightened a few ground wires under hood. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!!

A circuit with a blown fuse can't drain anything, the blow terminates the short. So you have separate problems going on. Any short severe enough to suck down the alternator would probably start a fire if it didn't blow the main fusible link, so that's unlikely too. Measure your charge voltage, if it's much below 14V then your alternator has a problem. Fix that first, because a dead alternator with shorted fields or a bum diode can also draw current when the ignition is off. Once you have proper charge, then if any problems remain you can chase them.

Had the positive wire on altsenator connection come loose on my 08. Not sure if I did it when I did valve cover or what. Had to solder the wire. I'm ok now.

Stuff coming loose is always possible, but a voltmeter will tell you the story. You can use our old friend Vdrop on the positive side too, not just to check ground integrity. If the car isn't charging but a measurement between the alternator post and ground shows proper charge voltage, then measure from the alternator post to the battery positive post. If that shows more than a few hundred millivolts, your connection to the alternator is crappy.

I bought an alternator and will see where that leads me. Thanks for the help, I'll get back when I have more to update.

Replacing the alternator and disconnecting all audio fuses seemed to fix the discharge and draw so.. I will continue searching for the draw when the weather allows this spring!

It's not unusual for Nissan AV Units (and sometimes Bose amps) to go south and draw power when off, but first make sure your Accessory Relay isn't causing the issue. It's fairly common for them to "stick closed" and cause the audio and combination meter circuits to stay alive when they shouldn't. On gen1 Rogues the relay is located on the back of the cabin fusebox. See PG-87 here:
