Hi guys and gals.

I have a 2009 nissan rogue sl awd that i had a non nissan dealer replace the cv shaft ( i bought the car from them and it was 6 days owning it) After they replaced the cv shaft about 3-4 days later the abs/awd drive light went off..after inspoecting they didnt take the wheel sensor out. so i figured they busted it.

I removed the old one which broke the bolt and it was previously replaced because someone glued it in and cut the connector off, s*** deal for me as i had to drill it out, i drilled it out seeing only the plastic removed and replaced with the new sensor and having to splice the wires again ( when i took the wires off they were taped together and fell apart so i didnt know which was which so i mated the red with black and green with white it kinda works as in it has a mind of its own and some days works fine the other days kicks off the abs and awd light

My questions are these

Can anyone confirm the wiring with me that red goes to black and green goes to white ( front passenger side)

is there a way to test the sensor ( i dont want to spend more on a new sensor if this one is ok ( tho it was aftermarket from rockauto))

is the sensor reading from the wheel bearing ( encoder style ) and that got marred up when changing the sensor)

Thanks for your reply, I have alldata access which gives me the same thing. the wiring i couldnt verify...but its only one of two ways so it kinda works so i assume its the right way.

still havent figured out if its the sensor or the wheel bearing, i hate to throw parts at it, but its likely cheaper to throw a bearing in it then anything else

I just figured id update this....got around to fixing it. The encoder on the wheelbearing was marred up, causing the issues so a new wheelbearing did fix the issue
