09 Quest power sliding door not releasing with key fob

So the passenger side power sliding door will not release with the key fob or the overhead button. I can manually open it, and the power assist works fine. All the buttons work to close the door. Any ideas what the issue is, and how to fix it? When I press the button on the key fob or overhead, it does sound like the lock is trying to release. Thanks for any info

My 2007 has a similar problem but the overhead button and interior button near the rear door both work to open and close the door.
