09 Pathfinder V6 Weird tail light/some dash lights issue.

I'm new to this forum as I have something weird going on with my tail lights, some interior lights (guessing on same circuit) and also tail lights and marker lights on my utility trailer. Brake lights & turn signals unaffected. Inconsistently, these lights will go out for the remainder of that trip, but usually come back on the following day I use the vehicle. I don't believe it's anything with the trailer as it has occurred with or without the trailer. My best guess is a circuit relay is opening as a fuse will not fix itself but maybe relays do not either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
