Battery went dead twice in the past two months after parked over night in the
garage, it is always garaged when not in use. AAA jump starts it and after charging,
the battery checks out OK. The Dealer can't find the cause of the problem.
The original battery was replaced by the Dealer in 09 with less than a year of
service. Have found other similar complaints in this forum and pointed them
out to the Dealer but that didn't help. Hold my breath every day when I go out
to start it. Any suggestions.

Do you know if they have performed a "load test" on the battery?

Not familiar with battery load test etc. Service adviser not too informative except
to say, Tested battery and inspected system and no problem found. Warranty is
up next month and I probably won't be going back to the Dealer for service since
the distance is out of the way. Will take the problem up with another shop later
or just replace the battery just in case it is the problem. Thought I might have
had a response from some of the other posts with a similar problem in the
09 model and if they found a cure.
Thanks for the info and will pursue it.

You should purchase your own battery starter or jumper cables (if you have another vehicle) from a store like Sears or Autozone. It will save you the hassle of having to wait hours for Triple A. For the battery, I do not think it is defective as you said that the dealership found no issues when testing it. Are you sure that you aren't leaving your interior lighting on, closing all doors, etc.? Are you headlights on "Auto"? The few minutes that they are left on after the vehicle shuts off can cause serious battery drain. Make sure to turn off your headlights completely after turning the vehicle off.

The one good thing from having your dealership installing the battery is that they will cover the installation charge. Other shops will usually charge you anywhere from $20 to $50 for the install.
