09 maxima Sluggish acceleration

Recently purchased a 2009 maxima. It seems from 20mph till around 35mph the car accelerates slowly. Car just seems to bog down at this point. Anybody else have this problem?

What if you put it in the sport DS mode, What about if you manually shift it.
