2009 Maxima push button start
Suddenly car won't start. All dashboard lights come on. ACC, radio and Nav system all work. Been thru all the videos and posts about the steering lock mechanism, brake pedal switch and pulling fuses. Here are the facts:
Replaced car battery
Replaced brake pedal switch
FOB confirmed to work, in and out of the port
Can hear the steering lock mechanism lock and unlock. Confirm steering wheel locks and unlocks
Gear shift dashboard indicator works
"Step on brake" indicator changes to MPG indicator when Start button pushed but goes back to step on brake after about 15 seconds
No starter noises

At wits end. Any Ideas?

That's very likely a bad starter. Put a test lamp between the solenoid terminal on the starter and the engine block while an assistant presses the button. If the lamp lights then your starter is shot. If it doesn't then something upstream is bad, probably one of the starter relays in the IPDM.

Thanx for the reply. I haven't checked the starter as of now, but that was next on the list if i didn't get a better suggestion.
