09 Max OE tires

Is there a major difference if I ditch my 18" Goodyears RSA's (wheels and tires) for a set of 09 19" Goodyears RSA's(wheels and tires)?.Specs on the 04's is 245/45/18.09 specs are 245/40/19.

Rolling diameter is almost exactly the same, so you shouldn't notice much difference. It won't throw off your speedometer/odometer accuracy. The lower profile tires will probably ride a little harder, but that's about as big a difference as you'll see.
