09' M35x - How to remove plastic seat rail bolt cover?

This looks like it should slide out but I cannot figure it out to save my life. Any tips?

I want to remove it so I can get my smartphone mounted, mounted to the bolt. See link for mount below.

There's a clip on the front of it facing away from the seat frame) and 2 clips on each side. You just have you pry it up and off. I use plastic pry tools but a flat blade screwdriver would work.
