2009 G37 2WD - can the front Wheel hub be rebuilt?

is it possible to rebuild the front Wheel bearing/hub assembly ...I just had one replaced, but now the bearing seems loose. I am wondering if I can just tighten the bearing up. Is there a Keeper nut, or something like that? Looking for someone with experience in the matter, here. No guesses, please.....
