Car: 09 Nissan Altima

I drive an 09 Altima that I have had for 8 months. I noticed that when I turn the he A/C on that the air coming out of the passenger vents is cold but the air coming from the driver side vents is lukewarm and never gets cold. Today I was driving and it didn't get cold in the car at all.I would greatly appreciate any help thats provided.
