Anyone preparing!? I just ordered new pants, jacket, and gloves. And about to order my season pass! I'm super stoked. Probably going to get a season pass to North Star and go as much as possible since its about 1hr away. Way worth it once I go over 3 times.

That's assuming we all ride...

Looking forward to the season as well... It's looking like it's going to be good and long here on the east coast!

Yeah, how about a thread for those who enjoy snow-related sports that AREN'T snowboarding?

I ski (you guys on boards suddenly become my best friend on catwalks) and I will be going to Jackson Hole, Wyoming this season. Going to be booking my tickets here in a week. I should get about 10 days in, and it is going to be AWESOME. I am excited.

I enjoy a snow related sport called driving. I get in my car, hit the TCS OFF and seat heater buttons, and enjoy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3p_ffGs33jA

No WussMode (AKA AWD) for me, though, thanks.

Yeah, when I have the opportunity (Alabama, so they are few but it does happen) I usually hop on the most dangerous vehicle I have at my disposal and head to the biggest parking lot with the most snow. I had the 240 at school last year and we had 6 inches that actually stuck (This is SOUTH Alabama) so I tore it up.

I just love snow. Driving in the snow is much more interesting. I have also started the preparations.

I'm glad I had snow gear that fit this year, especially boots. We have about 21" up here in MA and its still snowing a bit. It was good to see my 240sx all one color for once.
