Last Wednesday I was caught in the middle of a hail storm in Virginia and ended up with 400 dent in my Versa's roof and hood. The car is in the body shop now getting fixed Insurance is covering it and I hope to have my baby back in a week.

Bummer about the hail damage. Here in Oklahoma it is a way of life. Your car either has hail damage or is about to. My 2007 Versa has a few very minor hail dents from various storms, but eventually it will get caught in the big one. My newest car, a 2011 Focus, was caught in a major hail storm last month when it had only 1000 miles on the odometer. Huge dents. I will turn it in to insurance at the end of storm season. You just hope the hail isn't too big and breaks through the windows when you are driving.

wow, perhaps this is a good sign it's time to move??!!

Worst thing I have to deal with is belligerent birds that like to poop all over my car on purpose...

You shouldn't have fixed it. The dents are like golf ball dimples and increase aerodynamic efficiency. ;)

I know but when the car is in car shows all summer it hurts the appearance.
