What do you think is the better option. I doubt there will be any kind of body changes but do you think they may work out a few of the kinks like the seat rattle?

Maybe or maybe not. I don't see it happening anytime soon because although there's a ton of people complaining about the rattles, Nissan doesn't seem to be doing anything about it. I guess they don't want to acknowledge that the rattle is there. So, it's a 50/50 on that one.

If you don't need the car now, why not wait? There are a few advantages...1. You can see if the '09 will have any problems fixed, and if so, you can purchase that one.2. If the '09 is no better than the '08, you can pick up the latter for a lower price.
