08 Rogue SL Oil Cooler leaking and other things need fixing

Went to the dealer and they had a list of things that need repairing on the top of my list the stupid good for nothing oil cooler is leaking. This part is worthless in any car and I don't believe we have them. Anyway does anybody have a drawing on the breakdown of the oil cooler so i can see if the O-ring in easy access or just replace the whole part and wait until the next time it goes. BTW 70,000 miles on the Rogue.

Here is the list if anybody cares:

Oil cooler leak - anybody????
Serpentine belt - I will buy it myself and have a good cheap guy to do it, you can't even get a piece of paper between the belt and the fender, really Nissan really.
Rear control arm bushing - don't know about this one yet not on top of the list
Right rear shock leaking - I will replace both rear shocks couple of bolts no big deal
Trans fluid - $190 to replace the fluid at Nissan sucks?????
Brake pads - no big deal
Battery Terminal - positive battery terminal just keeps corroding no way to stop it might buy a new one and replace

That is it so if you add all that up, what $800 - $900 at Nissan do they think I am an amature besidedes the Trans I could do all this under $300 maybe.

OOPS my bad sorry, just no thinking thanks.

I did see a youtube on this and the belt and cooler gasket looks like you can do both since things are being removed. I am sure I didn't do the link right.

Just called Nissan and they said there is no O-ring only gasket, but on Ebay there are 2 parts.

Thanks I see the gasket location I just don't know where the O-ring goes. Hard to see in this picture.
