Hello fellow Rogue owners,
A couple of weeks ago, my car kind of hiccupped while going at speed (not sure what the speed was, but the troubles to follow have happened at all kinds of speeds). It's like the engine paused for a split second, then kept going like nothing happened.
The next day it happened again a couple of times during a 30 minute drive.
I did a Sea Foam treatment and everything was fine until yesterday. Yesterday, the car started doing a chug-chug-chug thing. By that I mean that it sputtered 2 or 3 times in a second or so - and it shook as a result. This happened about 15-20 times over a 15 minute drive. About 10 minutes in, the Rogue stalled out while doing about 60 kmh (37 mph). It only started up after being shut down for a minute.
The dealership ran a diagnostic and told me that there were no misfires, and that while they didn't know exactly why that had been happening, a throttle relearn and injector flush should fix the problem.
I've searched this and other forums for similar problems, but the others seem to do with accelerations problems, or cold start/go, or stalling while idling. In my case, the engine was warm, and the shuddering/stall happened whilw moving at various speeds.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
