08 Rogue creaking noise when first accelerating

I never noticed this before but when I take off from a stop sign or light I hear a creaking noise, don't know if it's the brakes letting go of the disk or someting else. I don't think it's the trans, it creaks like two times. I quess I have to bring it up on my next oil change.

The only time I had something like this was when I used to sit with my seat as far back as it could go. By simply tapping the forward/backward seat switch to move the driver seat forward a little, the noise went away.

yea i think it might be ur seat, when i push down on the front left of my drivers seat it creeks( i have leather seats)
