It highly depends on your locale. I live up in Alaska, so I get completely f'ed on shipping rates. So it ended up being cheapest for me to go through Amazon w/ free shipping. I did notice that for the pads/rotors I bought, everywhere I saw online had the same price +/- a few bucks.
I ended up going with EBC rotors and pads for replacements on my 08. I went with the 'Sport slotted rotors' and the 'Greenstuff 6000' pads'. Haven't installed them yet because I'm still waiting for the front pads to get here. (ordered them all together on May 1...received the rear pads/rotors in a week, received the front rotors just yesterday, and still haven't received the front pads. Amazon has had a few supply issues. So if you can find another place with free shipping, then I'd probably recommend trying them instead of Amazon. I went w/ Amazon because they're the only place to ship to Alaska for free, and I didn't want to increase the cost of my brake job by another $200 just to get them at a decent time.)
Rotors:
EBC USR7121
EBC USR7471
Pads:
EBC DP61666
EBC DP61954
Ended up going with those rotors/pads after a few hours of research online both here, and other non-Nissan forums. My main concerns were pads that weren't going to be too tough and wear heavily on the rotors (some of the ceramic pads), rotors that weren't gonna rust everywhere the pad didn't touch, and the ability to get a full set of front/rear pads/rotors through free shipping. Between those factors, that's the combination I went with.
Brakes for the Rogue has been thoroughly discussed here on the forum too, and here's some other threads with more information:
