08 rogue brake lights not working

the top one works but the 2 others do not. replaced bulbs and still nothing. no dash warnings or anything. I read another post that I cant find now by ace2cool about a green relay in the hatch area. I cannot locate that relay. can I get a picture or some more info on that please. he stated that it was on the drivers side USDM..what or where is this? is the USDM?? If possible lease om me a response since my laptop is mostly broken... I use the car for work so I need it fixed soon.....thanks in advance..
