08 pathfinder thud

ok here it goes. if i let off the throttle doing approx 45 and then get back on the trottle i get a deep thud noise coming from the driveshaft area. it does not happen all the time. the dealer has replaced the drive shaft. didnt fix it, second time i took it in they said they couldnt duplicate the issue, third time they say it is "driveshaft slap", athough annoying the vehicle is within specs. has anyone else had this issue. any ideas, im not satisfied with the dealers answer. can anyone help.

I haven't experienced anything like that. But it could be a transmission mount

I also had same "thud". It was really apparent to me as I had just driven an 05 Pathfinder more than 60k.

I kept taking it back and getting the run around. I finally found a service bulletin on nissan.com that tells how to reprogram the ECM. That fixed it for me.
