08 Pathfinder HDD Navigation Update

I have been trying to get my navigation updated in my 08 Pathfinder for a month now. It has the HDD based system, and I have already purchased the activation code. The dealer him-hawed around about it, and finally said today that they are unable to do it because they can't get it to "load" on their system, and to check with other dealers. My question is, is there something specific I should ask for? I figure they all have the Consult III to do it with, but is there anything else to say or ask about? I'm getting very frustrated with it. I had talked to another dealer before this one and they didn't know what I was talking about. I also have to get an Intelligent Key remote programmed and the emergency key cut, which hopefully won't be an issue, either.

Finally found someone to do it (John Sisson Nissan in Washington, PA). Hopefully it is worth all the wait.
