08 Nav DVD work in an 06?

Any help on answering the above question would be great as I would love a more upto date Nav Disc, also does this Nav disc include the 3D buildings?

No, the latest update (version 7.3) available for the '06 does not include 3D.

I might not be sure what "3D buildings" are, but my navagation disk, V7.3, for my 2006, has 3D buildings in it.

is 7.3 the latest? i just got a pre-owned and the dealer give me 7.2i was told 7.2 is the latest for 06 models.. anybody know where I can buy 7.3 cheaper if it will work.

The latest info is at the http://www.zenrin.com site. 7.3 is the latest for 06. 08 does not have dvd but uses hd drive and must be updated by dealer when it becomes available in fall.

Infinity ver 7.3 DOES show buildings and such in 3D. I just purchased my brand new disk off ebay for $129.00 2 weeks ago.

There is a 7.4 been release on the 15th of this month.

Currently, the 7.3 versions are sold out. We are sorry for the inconvenience. However, the good news is that the new 7.4 version will be available soon. (thats the quote fron the Zenrin website)

I have not been able to get a Nissan 7.3 version working with my 2006 M35x. Do you need a programming disk for this?

There's no programming, just pop it in, make sure the nav unit is in the "closed" position and it's supposed to start working.
