Looking to replace my stock 19"s with tires that last a little longer and have better winter performance. Anyone know of any I can get for this car? I can't seem to find a matching set of tires other than the factory Potenza ones that come with it.

I've been told that 19" rims aren't that great for snow driving. I'm not really sure why.

You might consider getting some other rims with winter tires and swapping them when appropriate.

Tirerack shows the Potenzas and Blizzaks LM25.

You could also consider 245/40/19s up front. They may look slightly off, but not by much and will open up your tire choices.

Go to http://www.1010tires.com and put in the oem tire specs and compare them with other brands you are looking at. Tirerack is a good place to buy tires and gives reviews.

Been to both Tirerack and Tires.com Neither one of them offer anything for the stock wheels besides the Potenzas. I guess no one else makes a tire in that size.

As I mentioned, you can deviate from the stock sizes slightly (1%-2% height).

Since the aspect ratio (second number) is a factor of the tread width, it's easy to find at least one other size that should fit.
