08 g37 vs 09 G

Hey guys, new to the forum. Currently have an 07 g35 black/grap with sport/nav/6MT/20 tint.

I got my 07 G at the end of 06 and now since my term is up I am looking at a new model. The question is this:

There are great deals on the 08 g's right now compared to the 09's. Is there really that much of a difference with the 09 compared to the 08. I am looking at an 08 prem/nav vs one of the 09 g37x. Please help!!

The 2009 has the 7 speed auto transmission, and a few new features.
