I have a 2008 G35XS and the drivers seat started shuttering when it moved back and forward one day. Now it is stuck all the way back. This is fine for me but my wife and daughter cannot drive the car if needed. I have looked over the forums and after 10 pages I decided to make a post. Does anyone have any experience with working on the track or replacing it? I do not want to buy a whole seat as they are very expensive but I may have to ebay one. Any suggestions would be great. The Dealership will be giving me the low down today (07/17/2017) when I pick it up from having some other service done but I cannot see having them do the repair as the cost is STUPID!

I could be wrong but I believe there are plastic gears that tend to break, if that is the case here, there are replacement gears on ebay...
