08 G35 mystery console problem

bought an 08 G35 sedan that is mint. 30k miles and fast . Everything on the car works great spare the nav, stereo, A/C, heater etc. Basically the entire center console does not work. Everything lights up but nothing happens when you press buttons and turn knobs.

It has had the center console replaced, the entire wiring harness, the head unit and still the issue prevails.

I'm assuming it has something to do with the vehicles computer but I figured if anyone can point me in the right direction they would be on here.

I should also note that the dealer couldn't fix the problem and basically just shrugged and said "no idea" :/

Take it back to the dealer and take a loaner until it's fixed. Sounds like crappy service to me and if you accept it they will probably gladly let you suffer with the issue. Don't take no and call Infiniti hotline on it if they won't take care of the problem.

Definitely take it back and complain to a manager!
