08 Frontier Canbus ballast or not?

I want to upgrade to HID Bi-Xenon headlights. Not 100% sure if I need a canbus ballast or just a normal model. Please advise thanks.

:welcome: to NICO! I don't think your truck has a "light out" warning if a bulb burns out, so I'd say non-canbus. That's the test though... try unplugging a bulb if you can get to it easily and see if there's a warning.
