08 Altima navigation advive?

I need some help picking out a good 7" touch screen with built in navi for my 08 altima sedan. Now i have a stock radio in there right now so, anyone know what all i need to make a touch screen fit snug, and almost looks stock?

yes, you need to use the search button up top... also, read through the FAQ thread in this forum... between those two, most/all of your answers should be solved

We install dozens of the JVC KW-NT1 system for the local Nissan dealership per month. Customer feedback has been so good that they now outsell this aftermarket JVC Navigation to the factory option. And, it costs less with a ton more features! I'll try to scrounge up some pics for you in an Altima dash tomorrow at the shop if you want to see the final result...

I got a 08 also and want to upgrade . Is my factory Bose navigation 7 inch touch screen worth anything?
