$41,100 fully loaded up here in Canada - that seems about right for the States.

^^^ WOW im sorry canada but you guys always get the shaft, i thought america was bad about getting certain cars and all the tests they have to pass but canada takes the cake. I just went and priced out mine yesterday, 2.5S with convenience package, 23,445, hopefully this summer i'll be in a dark slate coupe.

Especially with the dollar at par; makes no sense. Oh well.

doesn't convenience package just make it like a base 3.5se? i got my 3.5se for just under 25k and thats because i got it almost a year ago when it was pay MSRP, take it or leave it. you could get a base 3.5se for that price.... unless you don't want a 3.5se because of other reasons (gas or insurance). but ill tell you this, you'll have a lot more fun with the 3.5se..... not to talk badly of the 2.5s because even those are pretty fast but the 3.5se is like a supercharged or turbocharged 2.5s (100 more hp).

29,200 is the invoice price for a 3.5 fully loaded A/C................ I paid $700 UNDER invoice and yes you can probably get them to drop to 28,000

No the base 3.5se starts at 25k, the base 2.5s starts at 20k. So the 2.5s with better mpg and the little convenience comforts that i like is all i need.
