08 altima alarm system.

I just bought my 08 altima for about 2 weeks now and I was wondering how senstive is the stock alarm system on the car? I kicked my wheel nothing happened. I also tried to lock doors and manually open the door and the alarm never went off. Might be a stupid question but I'm just curious

the factory alarm is garbage IMO. If you want a good alarm, get an aftermarket one. Preferably a pager alarm.

I'm not sure if the factory alarm has a shock sensor installed on it, I don't think it does, but I could be wrong!
