These questions should be easy to answer for the audio guru's. I do not have a bose sound system thank god, delt with it in my old i30, happy to not have to deal with it again. HOWEVER, i took a peek the other day and noticed that the rear deck is designated as 2ohm speakers as its stamped on the magnet. I assume that the front components are 2 ohm as well and run to a central amp located in the car as well as the rear deck and back door?

This is just a curiosity question, i plan on possibly putting my subs in from my old car, not that impedence is important as the hi/lo converter takes care of the problem and if i ever want to swap speakers, say the rears get blown, if they are 2 ohm, im up s***s creek.

The head unit provides the power for the interior speakers. There are 2 ohm speakers out there you could replace with, but it would be better to go with a new amp to power new speakers. This would make for the best sound (but it also ends up more expensive). You'd have to run your own cost-benefit analysis.
