08 A/C Axle issue

I installed the BC Racing coilovers approx. Aug 08. Now im losing "mad" greas from both front axles. What is the issue? I was arrested and the car was towed. Some people say the tow truck messed it up; other say the car is dropped to far. I dont really agree with the "drop idea", b/c i have seen lower A/C and havent heard of any issues and have 20' wheels so really cant go to low.

The axle seems to be good, however the boot dont seem to be holding up. What should I replace? Where can i find? Also, some mechanic told me there are "shorter axles" for our car, which would fix this problem. I never heard that. Any words of wisdom.

If your axle boot is bad then you just answered your own question about where all that grease is coming from. If your axle is fine, not grinding, making clicking noise, etc then you can just replace the boot. However, more often than not it is just easier to replace the whole axle instead of messing around with repacking the boot.

Rgr, i know the boot was bad; was looking into other people with same issues and how they went by it.

Well, its probably just being low and you had hit something or when your car got tow it probably hit something from underneath since it does just go straight up.

If you are still under warranty put the stock suspension back on and take it to the dealership and let them fix it. If you are not then get it inspected by a mechanic to see what it is and if you are able to fix the problem yourself.

To me it might just the joint messing up.
