No one on here has added them yet. Pro-Kit's (my fav) are usually a 1" drop. The Sportline is usually between 1.4-1.6" depending on application. Wouldn't know anything about H&R's because I never ran them before. I did run Pro-Kit and Sportline so I'll only answer from experience. I love Pro-Kit because of the ride quality. They're progreassive rate springs and you can use all your stock suspension components when running them. Camber wear is very minimal. Just my opinion.

so around how much of a difference did the pro-kit make on ride quality? my 3.5se is my daily driver and i don't want something i'm going to get annoyed with.... plus i'd like to lower my car only like an inch (i'd like to lower it even more because the car looks really high but the under body is REALLY LOW!!! it looks like the area around the transmission is only 4-6 inches off the ground). my 2nd question is how big of an improvement did it make on the handling? thanks in advance

Pro-Kit is the closest to stock ride you can get, period. I ran Pro-Kit and Sportline only, but I've ridden in cars running H&R (S-Tech and H-tech), TEIN, Intrax, and even in a car with cut springs (boy did my bladder take a beating!). I'd say out of all of them, Eibach Pro-Kit was BY FAR the most comfortable ride. The drop doesn't look the best being only an inch, but the handling noticeably imporved. When driving slow on smooth roads, you couldn't tell the sus was altered. But, when digging your rubber into the turns, the sus stiffened up good. Body roll was noticeably reduced too.
