07 VS 08 G35X

I'm going to build a kit car and the donor will be a G35X. the company says only up to a 07. I've been researching the spec and I cannot find any differences between the 07 and 08 with regards to dimensions. same wheel base, width, engine. I questioned them and they replied sorry no later than an 07. Does anyone know if the engine is in the same location or any exhaust downpipe measurement differences ? I'm under the impression that it only changed in 09. They only dimension that I could see is if the engine was moved back slightly. Thanks in advance. I've been a member of this general site but in the 300zx tt and J30 areas. First G35X I'll own.

I had written a letter to Infiniti to ask about measurements and they wrote back saying they couldn't respond because it was propriety ? what is so propriety about measurements ?

There should be no differences when comparing base model to base model. The sport model had slightly bigger brake rotors and pads. All other aspects of the car are the same to include the engine/drivetrain.
