In addition to this clip ( http://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Nissan-62 ... B00BFE4JO8 ) being broken, it looks like maybe the tabs on the front bumper are broken, but I'm not sure because I can't really tell how it is supposed to attach to the clip.

Any ideas?
