07 spec v Idle & power issue under 4k rpm

Was wondering if anyone could shine some light on this. My car is a slight rough idle. The needle doesn't bounce or isn't low or high. It just shakes a bit. I can feel it. The clutch peddle when engaging and disengaging in 3500rpm. The shifter is clanky, only 4th-6th are smooth. And it seems like it falls on its face until it hits 4k rpms then it comes a live, but I don't take it that high cause the clutch peddle vibrates so bad when I do it. I took it to Nissan and the mechanic just said, "feels and drives like every spec v I've ever drove." Sometimes when pulling from a stop it falls so bad my body actually goes forward.. then sometimes it's just fine. Idk any suggestions would be nice. Thanks.
