Guys,I'm looking to upgrade the headlights on my vehical without going to HIDs. The stock bulbs on the 2.0 Sentra uses H13 (Halogen) 55/60W. Currently I know of Sylvania has the H13ST Silverstar High Performance Lighting. Does anyone know about another brand, and if possible if the bulbs come like in a blue light. I'm trying to find some near Xenon quality, without changing the electrical cables and/or fuses.Thanks.

The Silverstars are going to be the best you can get short of HIDs.

There's also GE Nighthawks.

The only thing is you never know if you are getting better illumination without actual testing. The was a test while back by consumer report that uses a bunch of cars and these after market bulbs that shows sometimes the result might look brighter but is actually worse because the filament in the bulbs don't match the reflector of the light housing. Same with HID.

livinloud98: It looks great on your sentra, but how the ilumination. Is it as good as factory bulb, better, or worse, like standard halogen bulbs?

its about a little more or the same illumination than the standard halogen bulbsbut its a blueish light so things appear a little different than they would with white light. Overall i recommend these things. They look like HID's, they light up the road pretty dam good and haha hell i love how my headlights are such a cool color.

idk if you can see it but my running lights are also blue bulbs, aswell as all my dome lights in the car and the trunk light.

blue underglow would look pretty dope but im saving up for the SE-R spoiler and the Stillen Aero kit, thing looks soo hot

The tower brace helps a bit with the roll in the front. The only issue that the plastic L-shaped part that come off the rubber air intake, close to the engine, will hit the strut bar. It can get really anoying. I resolved that ssue with a 3-inch rubber hose and 2 hose clamps.

I bought the silverstars. I will try them on and see the difference, although there are not blue. I'm still interested in knowing the color temp on the stock bulbs.

Hey, livinloud98, where did you get the Bluezone lights? Are these the lights you put on your car?

So these can replace my stock lightbulbs without any mods right? Your pic looks really nice. I'd like to see some more pics at night if you could.
