hello, i have a 03 coupe and i got a pair of 07 projectors that im going to install. i just noticed that fog/high beam set up is diferent.. the 03 uses a d2r for the low beam and a h4 for the fog/high beam combination. the 07 headlight uses a d2s for the low/ and high and a h1 for the fog. my question is will it be a plug and play convertion and is the ballast the same?

i will apreciate any info.

thanks

Welcome to NICO. I can't answer whether the 07 will sub to the 03, but this is the place to ask. I might suggest you search (the large button at the top left) for a possible answer while you wait for others to respond.

Before and after pics would be welcome if you do it.

From Wikicars.org:"Bi-Xenon Headlights refers to HID (High Intensity Discharge) Xenon headlights that offer both low (dipped) and high (main) beam lighting from a dual headlight system (as opposed to a quad headlight system).A bi-xenon system eliminates the need for a separate halogen high beam bulb/lense by either moving the xenon bulb within the lense or by moving a shield up or down in front of the bulb (depending on the reflector design) to allow light to escape from the lense in a different pattern."

I just finished the 2007 conversion today on my 04 g35 coupe.

I must say I am very satisfied with the results. Much Much brighter and covers more ground than the 2004 lights.

You had to post one with a navy blue G...god I hate you now

I wanted a navy blue one so bad, but they discontinued it. So I had to go with red.
