07 pathy transmission oil check

I want to check my 07 pathy transmission oil level but the owner manual doesn't say anithing about it.I know that I should drive my truck for about four miles then stop and shift fom park to first and back.But what I dont know is if I should check the oil level on Park or on neutral position. Tank you any help well be appreciate
