07 Nissan Versa rear hach latch does notwork

I live in Arizona,so it's not the cold. It seems like there is not a signal or any clicking noise for it to open when I push the button. Anyone have advice?

I have to press mine 3 times for the hatch to open.

I press the remote and thereisalso a push pad (button) on the hatch door. Nothing seems to work. I have pushed the remote several times (up to 5).Thanks.

Yes, all other doors work fine.

Bring it in for warranty, the BCM might be acting up and needs a reflash. I have read online that a few people had issues with their orginal BCM(computers) and they needed them replaced.
