'07 Nissan Quest quirks and oddities

New to the forums but been trying to figure out tje quirks and oddities of my '07 Quest SE before I decide it's not worth it anymore and leave it on the side of road haha. Any tips tricks or ideas would be greatly appreciated

My speedometer will get stuck while driving and I have reset the all the gauges to fix it

The fuel gauge will randomly flip and show it's empty when it's not for half an hour'ish and then fix itself. Seems to happen more often when it's a full tank

The fuel gauge doesn't show the proper amount of gas, when it shows half a tank, I'm under that, whek it shows a quarter tank I'm empty

The latest is that when I start the van the rear lift gate opens and then I can't use the buttons or the fob to get it down, I have to get out and manually close it. Only way to stop it is to turn off the inside buttons and then it stops.

It was originally from California and somehow made it's way up North to me.

As I said any tips would be greatly appreciated, I do enjoy driving it but all the quirks make to hard to continue enjoying it.
