07 Murano headrests in an 08 Altima

I am looking for some DVD headrests for my 08 Altima and am having almost no luck finding them for under $1000 I have found a set a guy has for sale for and 07 Murano in Charcoal Leather, the same color as my seats. Do the Murano Headrests have the same distance between them as the Altima? What is the spacing?

It would probably be easier and cheaper to install something like that in your current headrests.

thank you for the welcome. I am not sure about cutting into the headrest. I saw a great write up by one of the members, but am not comfortable cutting my headrests myself. The wiring is not an issue.
