07 - Murano - buy?

Hello ,

Doing my initial research on this year model.
There is one in he market for $6.5K @ 148k miles.

Just hoping to get quick answers as to the Major problems for this year and maybe even for the mileage...

Currently driving Honda Accord 01 to be replaced this year...(misfire but runs well-wont pass emmissions)
Also a pathfinder 01 but currently in the shop...

'07 was the year of the improved CVT, but at 148k miles, it's a crapshoot. Any service records to see if the CVT fluid has been changed on regular intervals?
