Hello new on here I seemed to have a leak some where on my '07 M35. I don't where but I notice the carpet is wet sometimes at back passenger seat. Has anyone experienced this? I have read that the drain for the sunroof might be clogged. Anybody know how to clear out the drain tube?

The sunroof drain should be in front and not the back footwells. Here's a reference thread: sunroof-drain-tube-leak-problem-solved-t608588.html

Have you tried shooting a water hose at the rear windows to see if you can it in a controlled manner?

Audtatious isn't there 4 drains for the sunroof? One in each corner?

Welcome to the forum

This is how I handled my front tube.
If it indeed is your rear drain tube, feel the headliner in that area. Heck, there might be a patch developing there by now. Otherwise, the rear tube terminates in the trunk area. I missed it while recording the video, but you can see the tube jutting into the side of the car.

I had the same issue, only I developed a puddle of water in my front passenger floor board. To fix the issue, I opened the sunroof all the way and used an air hose to apply air pressure to the all of the drains. A good way to test if it's your sunroof drain is to open the sunroof and pour water into each corner. Pour a good amount of water into each corner, and check to see if it drains quickly. If it doesn't drain quickly, then that corner's drain is clogged. Hope this helps!

OK I pulled passenger side headliner down far enough to see where the water leak is coming from and found out that the water is leaking down the sunroof track on passenger side. Has anybody experienced this? Can it be a drain tube? Any suggestions will help.

My first bet would definitely be the drain tube.
