if you have an iphone they have the line in jack that you need to get a cable that goes to your iphone to the jack , thats located inside the arm rest console ,

I have an 2007 M35 Base with Nav and Satellite radio. The bluetooth does not support media and only supports phone. My O7 does not have the technology package and therefore does not have the RCA inputs either in the back of or inside the center console. If you want to play music from your phone there are plenty of topics that talk about the USA-SPEC PA15 INFI that could accomplish this. There is a step by step in the FAQ section of this forum. There is also a thread that shows how to add on to the USA-SPEC to make it stream wireless from your bluetooth enabled device. That thread is here:

Hope this helps. Good luck.

lol, seriously tfs1975 I read the other post on how to get this done, that is just way to much hassle. I thought there might be a easier way to get this done seeing as how the blue tooth in the car pairs with the phone but like u said it supports phone not media. I'll just continue to use my motorola bluetooth fm transmitter it works real good just wanted to eliminate if possible that extra device.

@arcolino

I wish I had an easier and hassle free answer for you. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out a way to do it. The only answers that I have found are your way (FM Transmitter) and the way I posted above. FM Transmitter being much much easier. To be honest, I tend to use the phone with the 3.5MM jack (installed with the USA-SPEC) more than the Bluetooth set up due to sound quality. My previous car had Bluetooth phone and media , which made it hard to go to phone only. Even though the install wasn't that bad or time consuming, I most likely would not go with the bluetooth install if doing it over.
