I have a new Audiovox 6800 PDA phone that pairs fine with my bluetooth, but the person on the other end can't hear me. I checked out the phone in a different car, and it worked fine. Does Infinity have a list of compatible phones for it's Bluetooth?

They can't hear you at all, or is it hard to hear you? And can you hear them? I ask this because with my bluetooth i can hear the other person but they have difficulty hearing me.

They do have a list of compatible phones, refer to your manual for the website. It doesn't really matter what phone you have though, as long as its blue tooth, SOME features won't work on some phones. IE my BB pearl has the feature to send my phone book to my car, my previous phone didn't have that option.

Dealerships have told me it's a known issue that the mic systems have some trouble picking up voice due to faulty hardware. Be sure its set up right though. When I had set my new phone up the outgoing sound volume (my voice) was set very low.

If you have your windows, sun roof open or blower on full from either A/C or heater will cause a problem

In order for a speakerphone to work properly you need a quiet environment
