I've had a bit of trouble keeping the driver side floor mat anchored to the plastic post will on long trips. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a remedy? Mat creeps up under pedals. Thx

The Drivers mat should have a hole at the bottom that anchors it to the pin right between the seat rails. Unless you have aftermarket mats. If the clip is broken, the part number is 74985-40U00. its $7-$10.

I have an 08 XS currently with about 8500 miles. Up until the weather turned cold my driver's side floor mat would curl in reverse under the peddles. I am not sure if this condition will return or not. In any case I was taking it out on a frequent basis and rolling it up in order to try to get it to lay flat. It never seemed to work, that is until the weather got down near freezing.

Right now it seems to be a non issue so maybe the cold is doing what it could not and that is keep it flat after I rolled it. On the other hand maybe the heat is what is causing it to bunch up under the peddles in the first place and the problem with return.
